It is\nof two types sporadic and syndromic. Syndromic SCTATs are regarded as benign, are usually bilateral, and are associated\nwith germline STK11 mutations on chromosome 19p13.3 characteristic of Peutz\u2013Jeghers syndrome. Sporadic SCTAT cases\nare unilateral and about 20% of them are regarded to manifest extra ovarian spread. AA has equal distribution between race and gender, and can occur\nat any age. Patients usually present with generalized, non-specific complaints, and treatment depends on age, disease severity,\ndonor availability, and clinical and laboratory presentation. Zoster\nencephalopathy should improve with ACV, whereas drug-induced neurotoxicity will get worse if the medication is continued.\nManifestations of ACV neurotoxicity include altered consciousness, tremor, myoclonus, and dysarthria. It is clinically presents\nas purple-colored patches, which can be plaques or nodules. It is located mostly on the extensor surface of lower extremities\nand seen most commonly in patients with chronic venous insufficiency and arteriovenous malformation. It looks like\naggressive conditions like Kaposi\u2019s sarcoma. Hence, histopathological examination is required for its diagnosis.
